I had an amazing stay at a hidden gem in Bangalore. The hotel's colonial charm and super quiet place made me feel like royalty. The sumptuous room with its huge soft bed was a dream. And the first-rate restaurant had a great atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel for a unique experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location was perfect, as it was very close to nature and just a short distance from the train station. The hotel itself was situated in a beautiful castle, which added to the charm of our stay. The service provided by the staff was excellent, with room service, medical facilities, and laundry services available. The room amenities were also great, with air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. The free toiletries and refrigerator were a nice touch, and the television and am/fm alarm clock were convenient. We also enjoyed dining at the restaurant and relaxing in the bar/lounge area.

The hotel was an excellent value for the price. The ambiance was delightful and truly made us feel as though we were transported to a different era. We appreciated that the original structure was maintained and that the hotel offered an outdoor pool, in addition to the other amenities.
Although the hotel was affordable, the staff seemed disinterested and lacked the motivation to be helpful. Their attitude lacked courtesy and they were unwilling to share information about the property and nearby location highlights.

The hotel is located in a prime spot in the city, making it easily accessible. the main house rooms exuded an old-world charm with its spacious and comfortable layout and huge and well-maintained toilets. the beautiful castle was the perfect setting for a romantic stroll in the lush greenery.
There were some issues with the staff being forgetful about certain requests, which could have improved the overall experience.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the breakfast spread was excellent and there was plenty of variety. the location was perfect. It was close to the city center, yet the area was peaceful and quiet. Lastly, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, making my business trip much smoother.
the pool area could have been improved with more privacy and better maintenance.
